Krzys joined MEI to work as an Associate Consultant, he graduated from the Merchant Academy in Gdynia, his chosen specialist area was Management and Sea Transport. He has worked in a senior leadership capacity for a number of different shipping and consulting companies in a variety of locations including; Poland, Latvia and Cyprus. Krzys has considerable expertise and experience in maritime operations, recruitment, marketing, project management and advertising; he is currently based in Poland and travels extensively.
