Strategy Workshop
This half day workshop is in the form of a discussion and data gathering exercise with client staff. Identifying what makes the client offer unique in the successful bid cities or target country will quickly reveal both the viability and potential recruitment and partnership strategy very quickly. It will also reveal capability gaps and any potential delivery issues ranging from import complexity to how to support delivery.
The data is captured by MEI who will then produce the first draft of the market offer, summarised in the shortest possible way to be briefed to senior in-country potential clients.
