Major Events International is working with the charity ecolibrium to help tackle the travel carbon emissions for The UK Events Summit 2021, 15 Dec, at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester. MEI will measure speaker travel emissions, look for ways to reduce them where possible and make a donation to ecolibrium’s climate solutions programmes to balance unavoidable emissions.
All delegates to the UK Event Summit 2021 are invited to tackle the environmental impacts of their travel with ecolibrium by using their carbon calculator to measure travel CO2 and make a carbon balancing donation, which will be invested in renewable energy generation or help support ecosystem protection and regeneration through ecolibrium’s programmes.
