Today, PMY Group (PMY), one of the world’s leading independent technology companies, announced its exciting acquisition of C3i Group (C3i), a premier digital solutions company based in the United Kingdom (UK). The acquisition supports PMY’s expansion strategy throughout Europe, and further strengthens its client base and expertise in the region.
PMY’s Group Managing Director, Paul Yeomans, is thrilled to announce the acquisition. “Our business has been experiencing rapid growth in Australia and New Zealand, the United States and more recently in Europe, so it makes perfect sense to acquire a strong and well-respected business such as C3i to further that growth. We are excited to welcome C3i into our global team.”
For 11 years C3i has provided expert technology services to large scale venues and events including the end-to-end management of digital, broadcast production, and audio-visual solutions. C3i has supported high-profile clients and events including The Open Championship golf, Principality Stadium in Wales, and various Rugby World Cup tournaments. Under the PMY banner the team will continue to serve these and other celebrated clients as their independent digital and technology services partner.
PMY is pleased to announce that Jason Hall, founder of C3i, will become Executive General Manager – Global Delivery, based in the UK.
