Rosterfy exists to connect communities to events and causes they are passionate about through our award-winning volunteer management solution. We reduce the amount of time volunteer managers spend on spreadsheets and manual processes, as well as increasing the retention, engagement and attendance rates of our client’s volunteer database.
The Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) is the Drowning Prevention Charity and the UK’s leading provider of water safety and drowning prevention education. Around 700 people drown in the UK and Ireland every year and many more suffer injury, some life-changing, through non-fatal experiences. More people die from drowning in the UK and Ireland than from domestic fires or cycling accidents.
We deliver accreditation, internal ticketing, and guest management to leagues, teams, event promoters and venue operators:
Accreditation is an active event safety step, ensuring that those with access greater than via a ticket, are legitimate, justified, and now healthy too. We provide the market-leading platform to collect accreditation needs from staff, participants, media, broadcasters, contractors, etc., then a separate platform for the accreditation managers, called “Control”, to review, approve/deny, assign access levels/days/zones, and to generate all standard and ad hoc reports to confidently oversee all personnel working at the event. As the event approaches, we can generate individual badges that can be self-printed or fulfilled by a printing contractor, and we integrate either with our own access-control system or with almost any selected third-party. Our credentials and experience: In the year before COVID, we provided the accreditation backbone for just media or for all personnel at more than 1,600 top sports events from Hong Kong to Dubai and everywhere in between.
And now with COVID, accreditation responsibility extends to take overlapping steps to help keep COVID out of the event. We now offer PCR test result tracking, and at-home and event-site symptom and temperature checking mobile apps, with all data recorded for contact tracing and negligence review reporting, all as important, assertive steps toward event health & safety.
