The CONIFA Women’s Continental Cups 2025/2026 are a celebration of regional football, featuring teams from Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa. With tournaments designed to highlight the diversity and passion of the sport, these events provide a platform for underrepresented regions to shine while offering host cities the opportunity to be part of something truly special.


About the Women’s Continental Cups

Organized by the Confederation of Independent Football Associations (CONIFA), the Women’s Continental Cups bring together four teams per region to compete in a 7-day tournament. Focused on fostering inclusivity and cultural exchange, the Cups create a unique space for football excellence to thrive.



Event Overview


  • Year: 2025 or 2026 (Dates TBD).

  • Format: 4 teams competing in a 9-day tournament.

  • Timing: June/July or December/January.

  • Previous Edition:

    • European Cup 2024 in Bodø, Norway.



Hosting Requirements

Venue Needs

  • One 10,000-seater stadium for main matches.

  • One 5,000-seater stadium for additional games.

  • 4 training pitches, one for each team.


Logistics

  • Accommodation for 4 teams, staff, and officials, with costs covered by the host city.

  • Transportation for participants, including coaches for the duration of the tournament.
