Newable Trade London sought to create a platform for UK companies to connect with buyers from Scandinavia and the Baltics in an organized "Meet the Buyer" event. MEI was contracted to handle the logistics, event management, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes for all participants.

MEI managed UK logistics, arranging accommodations for 11 buyers from Scandinavia and the Baltics and reimbursing flight costs up to £250 per delegate.
Coordinated hotel bookings near the Olympia venue, ensuring ease of access for participants.
Event Management and Venue Setup
Organized and managed the event space, set up one-to-one meeting areas, and facilitated networking opportunities for 50-60 attendees.
Arranged catering and a networking dinner, providing a conducive environment for UK companies and international buyers to foster connections.
On-Site Support and Point of Contact
MEI staff were present at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair to offer real-time assistance to Scandinavian/Baltic buyers and ensure seamless event flow.
Coordinated with DIT to manage scheduling and implement meeting agendas, maximizing engagement opportunities for both buyers and UK companies.
