Confederation of Independent Football Associations (CONIFA) was founded in Sweden in 2013 and is a confederation of approximately forty independent football associations active over five continents. It is a global non-profit organisation that supports representatives of international football teams from nations, de facto nations, regions, minority peoples, refugees and sports-isolated territories. It plays an integrative role to FIFA by hosting football associations which do not qualify to be a member of FIFA, but who still represent 700 million fans globally. Operated mostly by volunteers, it takes the single view of contributing to a better world by promoting peace, humanity, friendship and inclusion through football and its associated culture. The confederation aims to build bridges between people, nations, minorities and isolated regions all over the world through football and is committed to fair play and the eradication of racism. Every year CONIFA organises football world and continental competitions for men, women, youth and disabled people.

World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation (“WSWCF”) unites national calisthenics and street workout organisations and supporters on a global level, and directs and coordinates the calisthenics and street workout matters and activities worldwide. WSWCF was established in 17.05.2011. WSWCF member’s base consists of 84 members, however WSWCF is present in more than 100 countries around the World. WSWCF is the official organizer of the Calisthenics and Street Workout World Championship, Calisthenics and Street Workout World Cup series, World Bar Games, and the World Pull-Up Day. WSWCF has developed Worldwide trainerʼs academy – WSWCF Academy, uniting thousands of internationally certified Calisthenics and Street Workout trainers. Since WSWCF establishment, there have been 13 World Championships, 100+ World Cup Stages with 8 World Cup Superfinals. World Championship as the largest of competitions annually gathers 150-200 athletes. WSWCF is the only organisation in the world globally developing street workout and calisthenics sport and movement. WSWCF is planning to establish Worldwide confederations in order to manage the sport with assistance of confederations, e.g., North America, Central America and Caribbean, South America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Oceania.

Fédération Internationale de Sports d’Obstacles (FISO) has modernised the historic and widely loved Obstacle Sport discipline to help the sport achieve global recognition, as illustrated in the recent inclusion of FISO within Modern Pentathlon (UIPM) at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. Since its reformation in 2014, FISO has mainly promoted Ninja, Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and Adventure Racing. FISO has hosted 9 Continental and World Championships since 2016, as well as having national members federations in over 100 countries. It continues its rapid growth around the world.

The WDSC is the world-leading international series for the spectacular sporting disciplines of Downhill Skateboarding and Street Luge in their purest forms. The multiple event series which determines the respective world champions from points amassed at each event in each category attracts the world’s top international competitors (on average 19 countries) in Men’s and Women’s Downhill and Street Luge. Downhill is the most demanding and breath-taking discipline in the sport and is governed by a strict set of rules laid out by the WGSF, with safety and sporting integrity the cornerstones to ensuring an outstanding experience for all competitors, spectators, media and stakeholders. The events usually take place during dry seasons, it is possible to race in rainy/windy conditions but it is simply not preferred.

The WBSC was formed in 2013 following the merger of the International Baseball Federation (IBAF) and the International Softball Federation (ISF). This resulted in growth for both sports. WBSC has 185 full National Federation members across 137 countries. Consequently, every year 65 million athletes are supported by 150 million fans at WBSC competitions. WBSC in cooperation with the IOC launched their 2022-2028 strategy. The aim was to increase the sports’ popularity in existing member regions and take root in new territories, with the ultimate goal of returning as an Olympic Sport in Los Angeles 2028.
